The Free Trade Agreement between the U.S. and Chile has motivated many U.S. manufacturers to invest in Chile in recent years to the point where today there are well over $30 billion invested in Chile just from the U.S. and Canada.   Those two countries contribute with one third of all the foreign investment in Chile.
Chile exports over $59 billion in products per year with forestry products being near the top of the list.  Ocean freight from Chile to most of the ports in the U.S.  takes usually around three weeks.   Our manufacturing time on most of our windows and doors is no more than five weeks which means that you will normally have your windows on site in about eight weeks.
